Blaine Perkins, 21, is a first-generation racecar driver from Bakersfield, California. Perkins who started racing at the age of 10, will make his NASCAR National Series debut in 2021 piloting the No. 23 Chevrolet Camaro for Our Motorsports in the NASCAR Xfinity Series.
Perkins, who is working on his Business Management degree at Pepperdine University in Malibu, Calif., started his racing career in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West in 2015 at All American Speedway in Roseville, Calif., and at 14-years-old was the youngest NASCAR sanctioned winner in California. In 2016, Perkins competed in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West, while also making five starts and leading laps in the ARCA Menards Series for Mason Mitchell Motorsports.
2019 proved to be a stand out year for Perkins, capturing three Late Model championships in the Whelen All-American Series at Irwindale Speedway and Kern County Speedway as well as the California State championship. Perkins' success continued in 2020 when he joined Sunrise Ford Racing in the ARCA Menards Series West. The left coast kid captured three poles and led 282 laps en route to three wins and a runner-up finish in the championship point standings.
